Svenja & daughters Selena, Stacy, Skyler, Scarlet, Soraya and Summer (family members since January 2021).

A pickup stopped in front of our gate; I went out to see who it was. The driver then asked me if I could take in one mom with her 6 pups; at the same moment Svenja (the mom, who was tied up at the back of the truck) looked into my eyes with a pleading face and I couldn’t say no. I quickly built a new compound for them. Poor Svenja was so thin - they all devoured their meals in for the first days (the usual worms came out right away after I gave them the deworming tablets). They’re a very friendly family who all stick together like glue. It is so nice to see this happy family enjoying life to the fullest here. I love ‘em all to the moon and back!
