Expats rescued her and her son Aaron at the last minute, as neighbors wanted to kill them; they had to keep them in their garage as the landowner also lived there, and didn’t allow dogs in the house. Of course, I agreed right away to take them in. Sadly, Aaron passed away a few years ago (either a snake bite, or poisoning was the most likely cause). This was very sad, as they stuck together all the time. Ofra overcame his death and has found new friends who she hangs out with all the time. Very sweet older lady.
