He was found in an open field next to a small street, also freshly dumped with barely any food. This street works as a shortcut where I’m assuming they were hoping that someone would find him. He was such a cute puppy- it’s unbelievable how people could do this. He is such a loving character; I don’t know why, but the full name came right into my head (which was weird given that I can usually only think of a first name). Everybody loves this little mischievous dog.
