He was given to me by an expat who bought him from locals who didn’t take proper care of him, e.g. they didn’t protect him from bigger dogs on the street who had attacked him so brutally that he had lost an eye. Hearing his story, I had to take him in and it was certainly the right decision. This little dog is such a loving clown who cheers you up no matter what.
